Hi,
I made an order for a mobile phone and sim and my direct debit and credit was accepted and I was told it would be delivered however on my account it says my order is parked. Please could someone look into this for me? I can see it is a recurring problem for people but I can also see that this service is helpful for sorting it out!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
This happens normally when an order is placed online - near enough all these orders go through the additional security checks and relevant credit checks. It can take between 24-72 hours for the team to release the order if no action is needed to be taken. When did you place the order?
