Order parked

Hi my order is parked And it says wait for an email or call but haven’t received anything, just wondering how long it would take or if my order has been unsuccessful?

Hi I’m just wondering the status of order ref: [REMOVED] and how long it stays parked before I know an answer on weather I can get the contract or not?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your parked order looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. 
Usually a mobile order is parked due to -
•    Incorrect information given when processing order
•    Failed credit check 
•    Fraud check
•    System error
