Hi, I’ve just ordered a sim and the order is marked as parked. I’ve not had any emails or contact about it. Can someone please help. The order ref is 1000017xxxxx

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry for the confusion with this. When an order is parked, this means our back office team need to do further checks before a final decision is made on whether to proceed with the application for your contract. They'll be in touch with you within 3 working days but if you've not heard anything by then, pop us a reply and we'll be happy to help 🙂

It’s now been marked as cancelled 😞 with update or reason. Think this the end of my (extremely short) relationship with virgin mobile. It includes a link to reorder which doesn’t work.
