Order is parked, but it still has a delivery date for today, 18/07/2022

Ordered a phone plan, Samsung galaxy s22+, it said it was all good, gave me a delivery date, next day delivery, but my order says "parked". Does this mean the phone will not be coming today like it says and ill have to wait for it to not be parked.

The "parked" term isn't really helpful, just giving a brief description on why it is held up would be better.

Would like some confirmation on when my phone will be coming as im a new customer, i need this phone ASAP.

I'm sorry to hear that your order has been Parked. If it is your first order with us, we may need to perform some additional checks to continue further and get the phone out to you.

We always send out an email when parking an order to give you a bit more information, and we sometimes request additional information this way. Can you please check your Inbox and Spam folder for any emails regarding this order?
