I've been trying to cancel my order I've made day before. I have tried ringing fiew times spend half a day and either been cut off or been on hold that long that I've given up. I've got a right to cancel the order in 14 day cooling off period, but this is a lie and you make it impossible. Its none of your business if I've found another package elsewhere with someone else. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER
I'm considering to send a complain to Ofcom I just found that is the standard Virgin Media policy to keep there customers forcefully and this is illegal. Any ideas how can I cancel my order without any further complications?
