Order Placed for Virgin Mobile - No Confirmation Email/Text Received

I placed an order for a iPhone 14 on 26/12/22 however I have not yet received a confirmation email regarding my order. I only received a few emails one of those being that I will either receive an email or phone call once my order has been confirmed and have not gotten either of those. I have checked my spam/junk for any emails but there are none.

I'm sorry to hear that no communication has been sent.
Usually I would assume because it was placed on Boxing day - that is why there was no confirmation sent.
May I ask if you've received anything today? You may wish to speak to our sales team on the mobile side on 0345 454 1111 and they will be able to assist.
