I placed an order today for a new phone/contract and went through the credit check, picked a delivery date and set up the DD, but then it said at the end we are checking a few things. i have not received any confirmation email/text as advised I would.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble with a recent Virgin Mobile order you made online. Have you checked your spam/junk folder to ensure that your order confirmation details haven't arrived there by mistake?

Sorry to hear you've not heard back regarding your mobile order. Was the order you raised for a Freestyle contract with a mobile handset or SIM only? If the Freestyle contract, did you receive any emails in relation to confirming you were happy to proceed? Or have you not gotten that far?

Hi no problem. And it was a freestyle contract. I got given an email 2 days ago saying this, but I haven’t heard anything else or received a call from yourselves about a security check which I believe would be from an 0800 number?
