Hello, I am trying to order a new phone contract with virgin, I already have virgin bradband/TV so assumed this would be a straight forward process.
Yesterday I placed an order and it was due for delivery today. I worked from home today so I can be here when it turns up but when I logged in to my account looking for a tracking number I found my order is saying its "parked".
I havent recieved any comunications from Virgin about this, I have no idea whats happening.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
