When you place an order online - all these orders go through more checks from our back office team, this is to confirm all details match etc. This can also relate to not being eligible for the order with the initial credit check. When orders are placed over the phone we're able to confirm right away - but if this has been done online, it can take between 24-72 hours for the team to check the order. Can you confirm when you did this?

Tried the number that is on the Parked page, didn't work.
Phone the **1111 number I found.
Got through to accounts, then passed to sales, who then said hang on I'll pass you to customer care.
Brief silence then it hung up.
