Order Parked

I placed an order for a new phone and the order status is Parked even though it was meant to be delivered on 2nd October. 
I have tried multiple times to contact someone and every time it has failed or they have requested my password which they say is incorrect even though I recently changed it. 

please help

Yes, I had a conversation over the phone, it was because of my credit history with Virgin Mobile, so I took out a SIM only deal and stayed with my current handset.
