I ordered a new pay monthly mobile contract last night and cancelled my contract from a previous provider. The order has been 'parked' and I have spoken to the live chat and helpline and they have advised me two different things. I was told I'd receive a phone call today and had nothing.
After reading all the comments on here I am incredibly anxious I will not receive my new mobile and I have already confirmed with my previous provider that I have cancelled. Please can my order be 'un-parked' and/or resolved??
