Opening a mobile account

When I try to sign into my account I’m told my details aren’t registered so I tried to open a new account but I’m asked for the answer to “the security question” but there isn’t a question there!!! 
please can someone help me.

Sorry to see there has been some confusion caused over what needs to be submitted in this box when registering for your self-care account.

 

If you can please enter the memorable word you use when you call into our call centre, this will complete the registration process for you
