I can login to my virgin media mobile account but from there I can’t access anything within my account! I have tried multiple browsers, incognito, different devices and a password reset but nothing seems to work. How can I fix this?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with viewing anything on your Mobile account. When logging in, does it automatically go to a page that shows the error or does the page load and then when clicking anywhere it then brings up the error?
Can you let us know what you're trying to do when this error comes up?

It doesn't automatically go to the error but whenever I try to click on anything within my account, the error messages comes up. I am just trying to access to my account details among other things.
