last weekend i made an enquiry regarding a new phone by creating a mobile account and applying. Since applying everytime i try and login to my vigin mobile account i get the message "Oops, something's gone wrong!"
Please can somebody assist with this,

So can you advise that you're a mobile customer?
Have you received your order and a mobile number?
Are you able to log in at all via another browser?
