I just got a new virgin media contract but when the confirmation email came my oomph sim card has been removed i did not want it removed   can you please help me with this

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
Unfortunately we dont offer oomph sim cards anymore as part of our deals any more as they have come to an end, the team should have explained this to you, when you signed up for this new deal. Some of our offers now have a sim card with O2 included, have you signed up to one of our Volt packages?

Thanks for your reply.  I don't use my mobile much so would just be looking for a pay as you go deal. I dont want a contract
