i dont knkw but vm customer service just does not work well.after the 360 upgrade and oomph sim card i had not received.
When the package was arranged through advjsor here.i PM her but the moderator has canclled my message and ask me to post it here.when i was told by the advisor to her if any problems.Anyways
So i chatted with the great cust service team. They could not understand a simple request when i will recive my sim .
I was transferred to virgin mobile section and karen chatted with me.she could not accept that i am waiting fi6r new sim.she kept on telling about my 3 sims which i already have.
When do i receive the sim is the big question?
