Oomph SIM card not received

I signed up for the Bigger Oomph bundle from the 10th of November and have yet to receive a SIM card. Can't get through to anyone on the phone to sort this out and even though my Contract shows that I should have all the Services, "My Package" tells me that I don't have a SIM. Gives me this message You do not currently have an Oomph bundle. If you have a Virgin Mobile, please log in to your Mobile account.

But I do have an Oomph bundle. Trying to talk to someone on Chat is a Kafkaesque nightmare. Can anyone help?

Hi cmotandy, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the package. When the package was taken did you perform a credit check for the Mobile services? Do you have a mobile account or would this have been a new Mobile package? Please let us know if you have managed to get this resolved or still require assistance? Chris
