Signed up for a new Oomph Broadband + Phone package on 3rd July. Package included Virgin Mobile SIM. Broadband + Phone active but I haven't received the SIM or any communication about it. When I go to "My Package" online it says SIM is not included in package???
How long does it take for the SIM to be enabled/delivered?

I have also recently joined Virgin Media on the Oomph 200M package. I am also waiting for SIM and gift which was the Google Nest Hub. I have received an email about the Nest hub on 3 July 2020 saying its on its way! However, no news at all about the SIM and its really difficult to get hold of anyone from Customer Services at Virgin Media.
If anyone know how to expedite the SIM and gift then please let me know.
