I have a Oomph 5GB SIM included as part of my fibre broadband package. This has never arrived and I'm looking for it to be resent so that I can transfer across to Virgin Mobile. I've attempted to contact the Customer Services phone line regarding this but I keep going around in circles and the web chat function keeps asking me to provide my Virgin Mobile account details (which I'm unable to set up anyway without a SIM card).
Is anyone please able to advise whether there is an easier way to request the delivery of a new SIM?
