Currently having trouble logging into my virgin media online account. I've reset my password and double-checked my username but still comes up with "wrong user name and/or password" after entering these details (which I know are correct)
Is this a common issue? and is there anything that can be done to allow me to access my online account?
I'm not too sure why I can't log back into my account. Like I said previously, even after resetting my password through clicking "forgotten password" I'm still unable to log in with the newly created password?
I was signed into the app on my phone but on there I've been signed out and unable to log back in.
