Online account

Hello, 

Currently having trouble logging into my virgin media online account. I've reset my password and double-checked my username but still comes up with "wrong user name and/or password" after entering these details (which I know are correct)

Is this a common issue? and is there anything that can be done to allow me to access my online account?

I've tried chrome, safari and microsoft edge and still can't log in

Thank you for confirming this.

 

I can see in a previous conversation that you have had, you have had this resolved once already in december when we reset your password for you, what has happened since this for it not to work now? 

 

I am sorry that it is not working.

Hi,

I'm not too sure why I can't log back into my account. Like I said previously, even after resetting my password through clicking "forgotten password" I'm still unable to log in with the newly created password?

I was signed into the app on my phone but on there I've been signed out and unable to log back in.
