Old Virgin Mobile Broadband Dongle (Huawei E160 3G)

I've had this dongle for years and not used it all lately.  Just received a new SIM card for it and put it in. Major problem! Currently use an iMac running macOS 15.5.5 Catalina and a Windows 10 64 bit machine. Virgin software on the dongle is 32 bit and will not install at all on the Mac and there are no Win10 64 bit drivers so I can't use it on either system. Worked OK on Mac 32 bit and Win 7 but seems obsolete now. Do Virgin offer a MiFi device or a newer dongle which will run on 64 bit systems? If not, how do I cancel the contract just for that now obsolete devices?
