Old Mobile account showing in Arrears

Afternoon,

On my credit score it shows i have a Virgin mobile account in arrears. This is from a long time ago and i do not have the details of the Mobile number or account number.

How can i pay this off to clear from my credit score?

All i have is the address i lived at, at the time of the account and the value outstanding

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. 

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
