I can’t get into O2 Priority by any route web or app keeps throwing me out! I have read that this is a problem being experienced by many Virgin Media customers does anyone have an update on this please?

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue! Can I ask what exactly happens when you try the app? Do you get an error message?

 

Also what model and make of device are you using?

This is what I’m getting every time  

Sorry I’m using an 1 phone 11 all apps and phone up to date

Can I ask if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Have you also tried clearing all the cache in the app? 

 

 

I have cleared cache and the app has been deleted several times but still nothing the same  thing happens when I try via the web I get as far as e Mail address and then biometrics after that can’t get any further !

Are you able to try forgoing the biometrics log in and using the password instead?
