O2 Priority App Crashing

Issue was unknown before the latest update of O2 Priority version 8.6.2 on iPhone XR (ios16)

The app opens to the login in of O2 and Virgin Media customers and when as a Virgin Media customer is chosen the app returns back to the opening video of app then proceeds to crash and close back to mobile Home Screen. 

 I have reinstalled the O2 Priority app many times with no success 

Many others are reporting similar issues so has this been raised with 02 yet?

My iPad Pro (ios16) is also experiencing the issue with latest O2 Priority app version of 8.6.2

Sorry to hear of the problems with the O2 Priority App, we understand the confusion and appreciate you raising this via the forums. Welcome to the community.

 

We are aware of an issue with the Priority App at the moment which O2 are investigating, as soon as we get any updates we will let customers know.
