I managed to miss the disconnection notices regarding my late wife's mobile phone service.
I'm stuck being unable to access her account online, because they've disconnected it, and bluntly I struggle to talk about her passing at the best of times, never mind when I'm trying to sort out her mobile phone bill.
To clarify - I am unable to have a voice conversation; it's still too painful.
All I want to do is the following...
I've got her account details, bill number, death certificate, Grant of Probate, etc.
