My sim suddenly gone and mobile says not registered with the network.
I did all the checks, taking out the sim, switching off, inserting a second sim (this sim worked) and waited for few mins, checking the connection in the area. Nothing fixed the issue.
I hope i need a replacement sim.
Can anyone advice me what i need to do now.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the SIM, can you please clarify if you've been sent a new SIM recently?
Is this a PAYG SIM? Have you used it within the last 90 days?
