Not receiving verification email for mobile account

I have just purchased an iPhone 13 Pro on a 36 month contract.

When I try to login to my Virgin Media Mobile account, it brings me to a screen where it prompts me to verify my email address. I have not received an email regarding verification, nor anything to do with my contract. My email is correct. 

When I click "we can re-send it", I do not receive an email either.

I understand it's early days, as I only bought it yesterday. It is worth noting that Virgin said they will run some checks before the order can be completed, and they will be in touch soon.

Any suggestions on what to do next? I'll sit tight for now, but I think it'll be worth phoning Virgin if nothing is sent with the next week.
