Not received credit agreement email

Ordered an phone upgrade  by calling 789 earlier (already a Virgin media/mobile customer) and was told I had unto 18.45 tomorrow to sign credit agreement or order would be cancelled. As stated in subject line, I've yet to receive an email to sign. Could you sort it out please.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry fort he delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

Sometimes the credit agreement email can hide in your junk or spam folders. Have you been able to get hold of it since your post? 

 

If not then another order would need to be placed,
