Hi, I signed up for the £6 for 5GB SIM Only Plan on 27/4/22 and expected to have the £25 amazon voucher by end of August latest. I have been in touch with broadbandchoices who have sent me over 10 emails stating this is continuously being investigated since August. Their email states that they are waiting for AWIN/Virgin Mobile affiliate department to get back to them and this is taking very long. Can you please help to resolve this so I can get my voucher that was promised?

Hi, I have been in touch with them since end of August when the 120 days were up and the voucher should have been received. They have sent me 10 emails since then which all say that the matter is being looked into and should be resolved in 20 days but the 20 days keep expiring and then they send new delaying emails. The latest mail says that "please bear with us while we wait for AWIN/Virgin Mobile to get back to us. "
