Not Received Oomph SIM Card

Hi,

I signed up for your Big Oomph bundle on the 11th October 2020. We have had the broadband, tv and telephone installed but have not yet received the SIM card as part of the package. While we are waiting to receive the SIM card we are having to pay for an additional third party phone contract to cover this lack of service...

I'm not having much luck with customer service on the phone at the moment, can you help please?
