New sim was ordered on the Wednesday the 7th of December. Still not got it.
1. I was told it was due to Royal Mail strikes but should virgin find another way to deliver sims?
2. Could I buy a Virgin PAYG sim and transfer my number on to it?
3. I am still paying for a service I cannot use!

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you haven't received the New Sim card yet.
We do only use Royal Mail for deliveries and it would be tricky to arrange a delivery by another method.
Our Pay as you go serviced stopped at the beginning of the year.
I can take a look at the account to make sure the Sim has been sent.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
