I joined Virgin back in June and so far not had a welcome pack. I don't know my account number or area code to get set up online.
I messaged Virgin Help 2 weeks ago and after verifying that I was the account holder your guy said he would get an email with welcome pack over to me in the next 4 hours - but still nothing received.
As I suspect you may have the wrong email for me can we check it or maybe post the paperwork to me please?
