I’ve tried multiple times to set up an account to pay my wifi bill. Every time I tried which is 10+ times the verification email is never received in my mail box, I’ve checked spam and inbox. There is little help availability and this has led to me receiving a late payment fee twice now as I am unable to login into an account to pay the bill. Also, many times I have tried to resend the verification email it has displayed an ‘error’ message on screen
