I upgraded to an ultimate oomph bundle at the beginning of January , I have never received a SIM card , it is almost impossible to register this as I don,t have a mobile account and therefore cannot register my complaint , I have tried ringing but can never get through , I have tried live chat but keep going round in circles , would I be able to claim compensation as I have never received the full package that my contract states , we recently had a broadband outage but because I never received a sim I could not obviously use unlimited data , trying to deal with virgin gets ever more frustrating
