We have just arrived in France and lost all service. Have tried reseting APN to default but that seems to be defaulting to a UK service. When I try to add a custom configuration it will not save it when asked to.
Phone has been turned off for 6hrs over night but still nothing..
Sorry to hear you've had some trouble roaming - have you ever used your mobile outside of the UK before? So we can check the settings are all correct from our side I will contact you via PM - just look out for the purple envelope icon.
