No security question/answer

I have received a message saying a replacement SIM card has been sent to me and I MUST use it but I have not received it and I don't what address it was sent to.

I have tried to register for an account but it requires a security answer which I don't have.

I tried ringing 789 and spend 30min waiting and then cut off.

I tried using the web link recommended but for that I have to have an account.

I tried again to setup an account but I can't do it without the security answer.

I have been trying to get out of this loop all day so far and have failed, I don't what to do now.  Is there some way to get to speak to someone if I ring 789?

Is there an easy way to setup the security question and answer I am missing?

I'm so sorry that you've had some issues getting a new SIM card, I can appreciate you're keen to get your hands on it.
