No received SIM Card

Hello ,

I have virgin media brodband and simcard package. I didnt receive sim card, i informed them about that. But i reliase although i do not use sim card, i have been paying 7 pounds extra every month for 7 months. At april i contacted to Virgin Media and explained and they accepted that they will return every month 7 pound. But now i learned that they accepted for just one month. Now i couldnt reach anybody. I am really sick of this thing. Because Virgin Media customer services is a nightmare!
