No network while abroad

I have no network while outside of UK and can't sign into my account as not remember my credentials,not sure what to do as I need my phone to be active urgently,wonder if anyone could help, thanks

I am sorry to hear you have no network. Just to clarify, are you wanting to activate your SIM?

Hi There,

I am not sure if thats what i need,all i want is to be able to use virgin media in the EU at the .moment, to make and receive calls and messages as long as it doesn't affect my current tarriff and phone,

I think its to do with barring my network to be used outside of UK but i have no access to my account while away to be a le to change the settings so i would be grateful for your help
