I have called virgin twice & been hung up on twice!!! Looking to find out why I have no data available on my unlimited plan, was told it’s not important because it’s part of a virgin media package. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone willing to help, I only called today, but I’ve been without data for around a week… sure I’m due some sort of reasonable answer & advice on how it will be resolved. Help please
