No confirmation

I have recently ordered a freestyle contract from virgin media mobile and got a few emails and did a credit check and did my direct debit and picked that the delivery would be today/Thursday 12th January 2023 but nothing has been emailed or messaged to me saying its confirmed or its been dispatched from the depot etc from whoever delivers my phone and sim, However i keep getting a call off a 0800 183 6411 number for the past 2 days even though they sound indian is this a scam or is it to confirm my order

I can confirm it is a Virgin Media/Mobile sales number, did the agent confirm the purpose of their call to you?

In terms of the order, can you please confirm what the device is that you ordered?

It was an iphone 13 and yes said it was the sales team but one thing ive just checked is im 16, do i have to be 18 to have a contract and will they know my proper age if i

put 18 down

Hi @Harrison06 thanks for your reply.

I'm afraid that you would need to be over 18 in order to take out a phone contract with us - if you are 16, you wouldn't be able to do this.
