No confirmation or verification emails

Hi there,

I ordered a new Sim Only plan last night (2nd Oct around 21:30), on the final screen it said that a confirmation email has been sent to me. However, no email has come through.

Also, I tried logging in to my Virgin Mobile account, but I am unable to until I have verified my email address - I have tried getting a new verification email sent a number of times but no email arrives.

I have checked my spam email folder and they are not in there.

I have noticed a few posts on here and a few tweets to Virgin Media describing the same symptoms so I suspect the problem is on Virgin Media's end - would somebody be able to look in to that?

Yes thank you my verification email has arrived now and I have managed to log in to my account.
