No confirmation email

I recently ordered a new mobile and received an email with the order id mentioning i'd receive a confirmation email once my order has been confirmed. Yet no such email has arrived in my inbox and I've checked my junk folder but there appears to be no email.

I'm in the same boat, I ordered my phone on Thursday and was told I will definetley have the phone on Friday. I was then told it would be 48 hours for security checks to be carried out, it's now been around 60 hours and still nothing. I got an email with CSS and CIS documents on but nothing else to say the phone has been ordered and accepted.

Hi Skelekitten,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your new sale looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. 

I would give our mobile sales team a call on 0800 052 0238 so they can check the order on their system, if something has gone awry they can also try to help resolve it. 

Let us know what you find out so we can help further if needed.

Skelikitten I wouldn't hold out any hope for getting your phone anytime soon. I've just had this message from their live chat service.

I am so sorry Christopher we need to make a follow up on the status of your order. I have created a case 60392_133508 and kindly wait an update in 3-5 days. Our back office team will be contacting you also regarding the status of your order.

I've asked them to cancel the order. 

 

unfortunately my current mobile died not long after i ordered the new one on Thursday. So I cannot call the mobile team for any updates.

Yeah my current mobile is dead so i cant call the mobile team to see what's happening with my order. The order was due to be delivered by the 24th but as i've not had the order confirmation email i have no idea if i'll get it by then or not. How would i go about cancelling the order, cause it seems like i wont be getting it by then?
