I have exactly the same problem, no confirmation email after order been four days, and can't verify email for mobile because it's never sent.

Hi yes it was a new contract, it said over to us after payment details etc....but not heard anything since.
Plus when I try to log into account it asks to verify email but I never receive verification email.
