No confirmation email

Hi

 

i placed an order last night for a new phone, it all went through and said it’s over to them now, but I’ve had no email to confirm it or anything to verify my account so I can login and check the progress.

 

when I try and log in it says I need to verify, I click on send email but I never get anything

 

any help?
