Hi. I would like to order new sim card because I have no reception while my wife has full, even 4G+. I checked her virgin mobile sim in my phone and works like a charm so I guess it's SIM fault. Can I get new one somehow? I will provide full address details in PM if needed.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Virgin Mobile SIM card.
