New sim issue

I recently received a new sim in the mail and had two weeks to swap it over, as per the letter it came with. However due to personal circumstances and the sim not arriving until a week after the dated letter my old sim was deactivated before I had the chance to swap it out for the new one.

Now it seems impossible for me to activate the new sim and with no landline I have no way of calling the helpline. Can someone please advise me on what to do to activate the new sim?

Sorry to hear that has happened 

Regarding the Activation its easy to fix from here 

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
