I've recently moved to virgin mobile received my SIM all is good.. due to being with i.d mobile rolling contract I still have 12 days left so I haven't activated my virgin SIM.. however my 1st direct debit has gone out even though I haven't required it as of yet.. I was wondering how I could postpone my SIM untill my current contract is finished? Any help would be great

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
I am sorry for the confusion, the SIM is sent to you already active and the first Direct Debit is normally created within 10 days of receiving the SIM
