New customer - cannot access account

Hi, I recently ordered a new phone and started a new contract with yourselves. Order number 1000xxxxxxxx.

I have not heard further than the email regarding further checks, and am unable to access my account as my device did not save my password.


Please could somebody advise the current position of the matter (I appreciate you are likely busy) and advise how I can access my account as I am unable to receive a link to reset my password (I do not have a Virgin number as I will be porting my existing number, which means that I am on a time frame).
