New contract

I applied for a contract with Virgin over 3 days ago online and still waiting for a response after the credit checks.

No I’ve not heard anything. I did ring yesterday but was just music for the over 30 minutes so I put the phone down

Is there any chance this is going to be resolved online as I don’t want to app,y again and then get stuck with 2 contacts if that’s the case it’s just my luck 🙈 or should I ring again?
