Hello
Took Virgin mobile up on new upgrade offer for a Samsung S21 Ultra . Sent ready text from old phone and put new Sim in new phone as instructed . Later had text on S21 to say old Sim no longer works, new Sim ready . Well , I have no service , only emergency calls and it refuses to connect to Virgin .
What should I do ? Thanks. Col
